Kusa Connect was born during the pandemic — when the tourism industry needed resilience most. In several African languages, Kusa means "a new dawn" and "to nurture and help grow." That is the guiding principle behind everything we do.
Founded by Graeme Watson, a tourism professional with nearly 20 years of experience spanning the UK, South Africa and the USA, Kusa Connect is a specialist UK-based representation company that bridges the gap between Africa's extraordinary safari lodges, luxury hotels and DMCs and the UK travel trade — building the relationships with tour operators and travel agents that drive bookings and revenue.

Graeme has served as a SATSA Board Director and KZN Chapter Chair, and has attended many international tourism trade shows including WTM London and Cape Town, ITB, INDABA and USTOA. As an ATTA member, Kusa Connect is part of Africa's largest tourism trade network.
